Have you ever noticed
how fast the time flies everytime you are happy
and how time
stretches the hours when you are depressed...
There goes the theme of my work for The Ticking Clock Contest ! The design of the clock is actually based on this Fotolia stock I saw on google:
[link] It's a pretty design I just wanted to draw stuff like that.
I think you could see how the "happy times" shows some bubbles in it and as time passes, erm.. just even seconds..
The characters I used for this work are:
And I used posterpaints, colored gel ink and colored pens.

Overall Vision Originality
Technique ImpactThe colors are amazing! I love the shading, especially around the numbers because it looks like oxidation of a real clock! I think the backgrounds are well executed on this as well. It is obvious on how much detail there is in this about how much work you put into it. I think the girl on the bottom is expressing sorrow well (idk how I should put that, hope you understand). If there is anything though, that I believe you could improve on is that the pink haired girls eyes are a bit off. Otherwise this is overall stunning! Keep up the good work! (I hope all that made sense)
